What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window for all unopened and unused puzzles. Simply contact our support team to initiate a return and receive a prepaid shipping label.
What should I do if my puzzle is missing a piece?
We take pride in our quality control, but if you find a piece is missing, please email us with your order number and a photo of the completed puzzle. We will send a replacement immediately.
